How do I book a tour?

You can book directly on our website by selecting your tour, choosing a date and package, then completing the secure checkout. You can also contact us by WhatsApp or email and we'll arrange the booking for you.

Is a deposit required to confirm my booking?

Yes, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. The remaining 70% is due 7 days before the tour date or upon arrival in cash.

Can I book a private tour for my group?

Absolutely! All our tours can be run as fully private experiences with a dedicated guide. Private tours offer flexible timing, customised itineraries and Arabic, English or Turkish commentary. Contact us for a personalised quote.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the tour date receive a full refund of the balance payment (deposit is non-refundable). Cancellations within 7 days receive no refund. In the event of cancellation by Fratello due to weather or operational reasons, you receive a full refund or a free rebooking.

What languages do your guides speak?

All our guides speak English and Turkish fluently. Many tours also have Arabic-speaking guides available — please select your preferred language when booking or contact us to confirm availability.

Are entrance fees included in the tour price?

It varies by tour — please check the "What's Included" section on each tour page for the exact list. Some high-cost sites such as Topkapi Harem or balloon rides are listed as optional extras.

What should I wear on tours?

Comfortable walking shoes are essential for most tours. When visiting mosques, shoulders and knees must be covered (scarves are provided at mosque entrances). For Pamukkale, you will walk barefoot on the terraces so leave your shoes at the base.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via our secure online payment gateway. We also accept bank transfers and cash payments (EUR, USD, GBP or TRY) upon arrival.

Appropriate clothing for mosque visits. Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque can be crowded during prayer times. The Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays. Not recommended for guests with mobility difficulties/wheelchair users. Independent arrivals must be at the meeting point by 08:45 at the latest.
